Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us! We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our jewelry products, certain items, such as custom or personalized pieces, are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@delicadez.ca.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
